@alanestevao How you feel about yourself has nothing to do with how likeable or unlikeable you are. Many people who hate themselves are people-pleasers because they're desperate to be liked, to prove to themselves that they're not unlovable. Also, saying that they basically have no hope to be liked is really not a good answer to someone who already shows self-destruction behaviours. It's hard to start loving yourself when you feel like everyone hates you. "They must have a reason to hate you, you must be a bad person" That's the thoughts that are going through your mind.
