interesting show so far. Episode 8 was not really needed and was really a filler episode they could have done in a flashback. Also they have the main presenters going to all these disaster areas which doesn't happen in any morning news tv show I've ever watched so seemed a bit silly. In terms of characters Aniston's and to a degree Carell's have the most fleshed out characters while Witherspoon's, Crudup (Cory) and Duplass (Chip) are very one dimensional and Reese's character as a 40 year old 'I will be righteous and save the world' character is just very unrealistic. The same goes for the character of Cory who just appears positive, nice and yet somehow wanting to take over a media business all at the same time.
