Laughing track? This is taped in front of a live audience. ôO
Actually, they add extra laughing tracks (although, granted not in every episode). But even if it was only the audience laughing, it's still super annoying when there's laughing almost every time a character just says something. (Anyway, that's only my opinion :) )
Well, if you find the laughing of the audience annoying then the laughing of Two and a Half Mens and Friends' audience should, too. They are/were taped in front of a live audience as well. Reuse of the laughing within an episode is common usually due to cutscenes from what I have seen though.
To each his/her own, I totally agree to that, but this criticism confuses me a little bit to be honest.
On the other hand, German synchronisations of sitcoms always have the same laughing track(s) throughout since at least Married with Kids. Which is the main reason why that particular sitcom wasn't the slightest as successful in Germany as it was in the US.
Trust me, live audience is much better compared to that.

First few seasons were OK, average at best. However the jokes are getting overused, the laughing track is annoying as hell (!!!) and the show is basically just making fun of nerd culture and that one guy with Aspergers (yes, I know it's not canon, but he has literally all the traits). I'd recommend watching Community, Friends, Two and a half men (the Charlie Sheen seasons) or basically any other comedy series instead.
