Such a refreshing take on the super-hero genre! From childhood I was a massive super-hero fan, and have boxes of comics in my basement to prove it. But the union between Hollywood and Marvel/DC has become formulaic and tedious. I haven't even watched the last 5 block-busters and don't plan to. I get it. The good guys almost lose, but then they win. Yay.
This show is the cure. In its way, it is the most realistic take on what it means to be a superhero in the last decade. Great stuff.
