Is it just me or was there a hint of satisfaction in the way Jon said "Are you refusing my order?" This wasn't as bad as last episode, but I take back what I wrote there about Jon, though you can add him to the list of people who are going to suffer for underestimating others, even if this isn't necessarily the cause.
