https://trakt.tv/movies/mr-mme-adelman-2017 has the same basic plot as this borefest, but does everything better. From better pacing, dialogue, authentic and likeable characters, to a much more satisfying and unlazy resolution than asspulling a convenient heart attack to avoid having to work out the "I`m going to leave you" situation
While I have to agree that Glenn Close tries hard to make the best of a shitty script, it was just barely enough to keep me from walking out of the cinema mid screening, even after paying reduced ticket price. If the premise is of interest to you, your time is much better spent watching the above movie instead.
