I watch too many shows and there was no previous season recap at the beginning of this episode, so... I couldn't make much sense of what was going on. I guess I should have rewatched the second season finale to refresh things.
Regardless, I'm glad one of the finest sci-fi shows of recent years is back on. This time, with the Netflix bonus: we can binge the whole season right away without having to wait for next week! But Travelers now being an exclusive Netflix production (unlike the previous two seasons) also worries me, because that's usually where other networks' shows go to die...
Anyway, I really don't like that the whole travelers thing is out in the open, now, and everyone knows about it. The same concept was applied in iZombie and that show lost some pizzazz thanks to that. Let's hope the same thing won't happen to Travelers.
