The Huntsman: Winter's War 2016

Even though an excellent cast (which includes Jessica Chastain as the new protagonist, Sarah, who can be more convincente at battles than the pure and innocent Snow White), the story of the movie can't reach the first one and just seems confuse.

It's nice to see what happened to the huntsman wife before and, also, to see a outcome to his love story, but it doesn't make any sense when you figure out that the flirting between Snow White and the huntsman in the first movie was completely forgotten or ignored here. Btw, Snow White becomes completely irrelevant, being shown only on her back, at short takes. Besides, the Freya plot doesn't seems to fit at the original storyline too, and remind a type of dark version of Elsa from Frozen, who was influenced by her worse sister, the Evil Queen Ravenna.

At the end, can be said that the movie has potential, but cannot demonstrate depth to the characters or even bring memorable scenes, getting lost on the way and deserving a 6/10.
