I liked season 7, but season 8 (at least 1st half released so far) is for me unbearable :-( poor writing, poor camera. This just does not feel high quality show anymore to me.
The shootings are just pathetic (unlimited ammo, no wight to the guns or recoil, shooting at few feet/meters jet nobody gets hit in minutes and thousands of ammo is shot) It looks like 6 year old boys would be playing with fake guns.
Plot twists are just weak on not realistic, just to write another episode. There is no or very limited character development, which was always the core of the walking dead.
