That part from Gloria actually made me laugh :D Joe is a pretty funny character and the actor seems to have some real talent, but I wasn't a fan of the storyline with Jay because I found it quite... awful that he started yelling at people so his son could fear him. It's not even about respect, but fear. I already knew Jay would realize at the end that fear is not the best, but I still wasn't a fan of that storyline.
