I realize that that guy was the victim of a mass shooting, I realize that he suffers from PTSD. But honestly, that doesn't excuse going up to NH, buying a gun and then shooting a guy just because he didn't like his vote on gun violence. (Not every person with PTSD goes around killing people - Price didn't.)
