This one was a pleasant gruesome surprise. That ending!
I put this one off because my expectations were low, but this was really enjoyable. The creatures were great, the varied locations made if feel epic. It borrowed a little bit of all the best of all sci-fi creature features, and stirred them around a bit.
Netflix body horror with tons of nudity. Middle of the road for the body horror genre. Actually pretty good for Netflix horror. Decent reveal of the twist. Some suspension of disbelief required in how the two entangled characters move throughout the rooms. Worth a stream.
I pull this one out every couple years. Very rewatchable. Julie Benz (Buffy, Dexter) is a real highlight. This is exactly my kind of movie.
Trapped inside a posessed Showbiz Pizza? Sorry, showing my age there. I mean... Chuck E Cheese? Cage was perfection, the kids were great. Fun throughout.
Skywarn weather spotters and amateur radio get some love in this episode.
Blane, "Spider" KSN2021, a volunteer REACT (Radio Emergency Associated Communication Teams) station in Union gets upset at people abusing their citizen's band radios. He mounts a rotatable receive loop on his car hood, and uses radio direction finding to go after violators of the FCC rules. Connie & Joyce, wives of the same trucker, Harold, discover each other, and find out about the double life he has been living.
"Well, we learned a lot today.
About what?

I don't get it. It's like a power rangers episode that lasts too long. I never liked Power Rangers, and I didn't like this movie.
Misha Reeves seems to be having a blast playing Val. I lost count of all her wardrobe changes! This film is amusing, cute, and fun.
I've never really given 80s slashers too much attention, but this film makes me want to search out more. As many other reviewers have said, the last 20 minutes really make the movie.
The dry humor was great. The repeated Jurassic Park jokes had me laughing out loud. I liked each of these characters, and will watch this again. 8/10. Stream it (if you like dry British-like humor)!
This is clearly a love letter to the Cornetto trilogy. I respect that, but this film ends up being forgettable. 4/10.
