Fantastic show, keeps you watching all the way through! The acting was spot on- I really hope this gets picked up for another season!
Haven't read the book, but not sure why the poor ratings. The story involves the telling of three crimes, with UR doing a good job as the troubled policeman. Don't let the initial gory scenes turn you off, that's pretty much as bad as it gets - it's more crime thriller than horror. Interesting plot with plenty of new reveals throughout, IR maybe overdoing his part,, and the ending is somewhat rushed, but it's all good. Recommend. and look forward to S2.

whilst not how I envisioned Macaffrey when reading the books, and it's been updated to modern day, I hate the fact that they kept showing him jump in his car and 5 minutes later reaching his destination. Being that they were London and Wales, approx 3 or more hours drive apart it was annoying...
