I've been enjoying this series but this was the weakest episode so far, for me, even though it's actually got a higher than average rating on here. The whole burning barn scene towards the end was dumb; the way Line just threw a potential weapon at the murderer rather than use it, then threw a lamp which set the place ablaze, then decided to climb the wall without using the ladder that was literally right there. Also, the implied romantic flirtation at the end between William and Maggie seemed to come out of nowhere. Pity really. I'm still interested to carry on watching but I hope this episode is a blip rather than a trend of what's to come.
