I feel like overall this season is a return to form after the just decent (but still very solid) 4th one, with an all-timer episode ("Pride Parade"), but this finale's decision to revert the season-long arc feels very anti-climatic and underwhelming. At least it doesn't save its reversion for next season's premiere as the show does a few times.
This show needs a warning. I keep eating while watching it and I almost choke to death every time.
This time was Nadja saying "Why don't you write him a suicide letter? (in the most caring and loving way)"

I loved the season but this ending is disappointing. All the buildup to a Guillermo vampire, for just 5 minutes of doubts and becoming a human again this quickly. It was his dream, a complete episode of struggle being a vampire could have been better.
idk how i feel about that ending tbh… enjoyed the season as a whole, some brilliant bits, but he’s just a human again…? and you can just turn vampires back into humans by killing their maker? surely not
I think this show should have committed to a season of Guillermo as a vampire with him having to train a new familiar before we got the ending we got. Still great, just not sure where the show goes from here.

Noice , really. Nador had a great idea, I'm still flabbergasted that Laszlo didn't think of it !!! He's supposed to be the Einstein of the group hahaha. Nandor being the genius in two consecutive episodes must be the sign of an explosive season 6 hehe.
Binged watched all five season and I would honestly say this should be the end. Season one was good season five was downhill. I hope this show gets cancelled for its own good.
It was a good ending to another great season. Though it initially irked me that they could simply revert it, I guess it's kinda like the OP Colin Robinson and they had some fun with it, and then went back to status quo. Hopefully the next shenanigans will be just as funny.
The Patton Oswalt cameo was good too, though it got me thinking that I've been listening his voice for years but I couldn't remember the last time I actually saw his person in a role. It was probably the (incredibly forgettable) Veronica Mars reboot...

I’m glad for Derek and the little cameos but i am not happy about Guillermo’s ending
at least this gives the opportunity for a very dramatic Nandor turning Guillermo
