Who gave the green light to this show? Fred Savage seems to be trying valiantly to sell it, but there is nothing there. The best part of the entire show was the first few seconds, when we saw the ending of the episode of the fake show. When we got to the main show, it was gimmick layered on gimmick and none of it seemed all that funny or interesting. Proof that you can make a commercial to sell anything (because the commercial was more fun than this episode). A hybrid comedy/talk show (so the advertising tells me), but it doesn't satisfy me as either one.
