Yidu is such a pointless character. All her scenes with Ragnar bore me to tears.
Lagertha continues to be badass, though. It amazes me how she sensed something was off with Kalf. Maybe she knew he was plotting to kill Bjorn? It might have been just power ambition, though.
As promised - she really delivered...
Five episodes in and I already think a twenty episode season is too long. Some good developements but a lot of filler stuff and scenes being dragged out like the bathtub

It was a struggle watching this episode, barely had me awake. And that scene with Ivar, tell me about shock value...
That bath scene with Ragnar and Yidu dragged on for way too long. I've also noticed there's been a significant influx of sex scenes in this season, which is a shame as I thought this series was doing quite well without appealing to the horny audience. I enjoy every scene with Bjorn, he's what's keeping me invested at the moment—everyone else has gotten less interesting with Rollo becoming civilized and Ragnar becoming a weird old man who does weed in a hut.
Erlendur seems to be in a bad spot now without Earl Kalf to protect him. I hope Bjorn kills him personally, I hate that little shit.
No one will ever be able to say that Lagertha doesn't keep her promises! Is she even pregnant since it was prophesied a billion episodes ago that she wouldn't have any more kids?
Bjorn needs to get over himself and start taking care of his kid. Season one had led me to believe that Vikings valued their kids above all else and took very seriously their responsibilities as parents. But that wasn't the case either with Bjorn or Porunn (or any of the other characters by now, I guess).
I'm really curious to see where the writers will that Ivar's character.

I really like Judith more and more with every episode. She turns into a strong woman and she reminds me a lot of Lagertha.
But Jesus, that scene with Ivar. I did not see that coming.
