Despite a lackluster fifth season, I am very impressed with how this season has panned out. I was hesitant at the beginning with Selina no longer as Veep or President, but they really managed to make it work and feel like an extension of the same show. On that note, I am very excited for the gang to be back together in season 7 for another presidential campaign. My one gripe/blessing is the Dan/Amy bombshell. It was maybe a little too out of left field with no real indication or hint it could be coming (which made for great shock value, but not great storytelling), but I'll take what I can get with those two.
I think the only issue with season 6 is that Selina’s cruelty has gone a little overboard, otherwise really solid actually with some really good laughs. Julia is as brilliant as she gets.
