Technically sound but the most cringe humor episode yet, a humor that can be very hot or miss with me and that drowns out the exquisite animation and the emotional resonance they might’ve been going for. Not helped by flattening Stella instead of just letting them both be people who made mistakes as teens and grew as people as they grew up. Not bad by any means, just merely good in a season full of heavy hitters so far.
