A cutting and hilarious satire on the medical system’s failings, especially when it comes to black women, while also having gorgeous and inventive animation and a really sweet message. The Bertie side of things feels unfinished, keeping it from a perfect 10, but it’s a reassurance that the show is as heartfelt, raw, and creative as ever.

This episode was really profound for me. Tuca finally has the right kind of boyfriend!!! This episode deals with medical gaslighting and how women are expected to carry on with life as usual through the painful menstruation cycle. And we aren't expected to or encouraged to complain about the symptoms. We are actually belittled about the pain and told we're faking it for sympathy.

I'm really loving this show SO MUCH.
