Slightly too uninteresting and corny to be watchable unfortunately.
I was excited to see a new show, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment.
As generic as they come.
The show isn’t fresh but it is fun, engaging and well acted. Pretty much the CBS version of Reacher meets Alert.
Could have been good but isn't. They need to get rid of the "odd couple" or the "let me Google that for you" service, and the obligatory "hacker" is possibly the worst in TV history.
Every single episode:
Velma/Teddi: Hey Colter, we got a new one for you. Reward is something of tens of thousands and it's in Generic City.
Colter: Oh, Generic City? It's only 122,30 miles from me and I'll be there in 58min and 29 seconds.
Parent/Spouse/Friend/Offspring: I know Grandma was a hardcore porn addicted, but it's not like her to go missing. IT'S NOT LIKE HER.
Local police: Yeah, grandma was bat shit cray cray no worth looking any further. And get out of my city. And checking John Doe is a waste of time.
Colter: Hey John Doe, where is grandma?
John Doe: I told the cops we were dating, they didn't listen. Must have been something to do with her cock fight betting. Me and granny were in love.
Cock fight Ring Leader: Yeah, bitch owed me a couple grand, so I made her cook me chicken soup until her debt was paid. You'll never find her.
(some 15 mins of Fights, lurking, gun tossing, calls to local police, Reenie, Bobby, Tedi, Velma and Scooby Doo)
Grandma: Who are you?
Colter: Hi, Grandma, your _____ hired me to find you. You're safe now. Let's go.
Grandma: They'll never let me leave.
Colter: Follow my lead as I used to do with my dad when he showed me how to survive in the woods.
Local police: Yeah, it was good working together. You shared a lot about your dad, hope you find more, since the audience hasn't had an update since the 1st episode.
Grandma (at home): Thanks for saving me.
Colter: You should thank the person who was looking for you. (that is by far my favorite lol).
Person who hired him: (slides check like all their money isn't gone and they will eat nothing but roaches for about 2 years before recovering financially) Thank you so much.
Anybody: hey let's do something.
Colter: Nah, I don't socialize and need to brood about my dad's death, while I do jack shit to solve it.
A very good thriller idea as this follows, a tracker/bounty hunter, who is his own team other than two people who help him as he is a four higher contractor by people who need help finding a lost individual or are in other kind of trouble. Each episode is a different story. However, there is a underlying story developing here early on that really makes the audience fall in love with the main character even more. The casting is just average and the show doesn’t take your breath away, but it is a good entertaining watch that keeps you on the edge of your seat, but doesn’t have many cliff hangers, as each episode is a new story.
I gave it a 5 overall. Like everyone else it was just to repetitive to be really interesting. Early on, it was nauseating 16th the every woman he comes across cramming over him, but someone must've told them that was not working.
However, they got me in episode 12 with Jensen. I was just listening for noise while working on other stuff, and heard his voice. That was a really good call to add him. Guess we'll see how far that goes.
5/10 for the season overall, but we'll see if the stories get more compelling.
This is awful, predictable, acting is only ok, plot is typical hot girl always going after the hot guy. Adds nothing to the watchers experience. Did AI write it…most likely not, it would have more too it.got to episode 4 and just couldn’t watch anymore
It's just popcorn entertainment. And with alcohol, a lot of alcohol. So you dont notice how weak the stories are. For example episode 1x02 where he break in, has obviously stolen items in his posession and then police arrives and arrests the bad guys. Uhhhh right. Reality will be that police arrests at the very least the burglar, and in doubt arrests everyone to take them to the police station and figure things out later. I see people referring to The Finder, I was thinking more about Pointman (1995), but I guess that shows my age mostly :)
Anyway. It's watchable. Just corny and not very intelligent.
Flows well and mostly each one is a self contained story.
It won't be to everyon3s taste but overall the series has worked OK.
As woke and unoriginal as you'd expect but I still find myself watching it.
The show storyline had promise, but they seem to think a nasty woman needs to be in every episode. Episode 7 Billie was overkill nasty. The lesbian couple is not offsetting nasty female characters. In fact, it just feeds into all the negative stereotypes more.
I really wanted to like the show, because the good looking lead is clearly supposed to draw in female viewers,... but I'm sick of watching nasty women who have to ride the coattails of a man, who ultimately is swooning, but only in pretend to get what she wants. Tired misogynistic bullshit.
And following the complete opposite type show The Equalizer with strong, supportive female characters. Just a shit show in comparison.
the first 3 episodes fine
then i get bored
The first 5 episorss are pretty decent so far. It's nothing groundbreaking but it's fun and I think it's better than other CBS action shows like SWAT and FBI.
I felt like Natalie Martinez would make a good sidekick to the male protagonist. So that we could have forget that in the second season of Reacher they brought out Willa Fitzgerald and ruined the show.
Disappointed was hoping this would be good but really disappointed poor
I don’t know how to feel about it. I only turn it on when there’s nothing else to watch.
First episode gave me great hopes! Very interesting and it was not slow as others have said. However, all the episodes since were, and very boring and predictable.
If they would’ve just stuck to the formula the first episode had (mystery, Tracking, and little back and forth with the “locals”) this show potential
Too much CW “let’s talk out our feelings with complete strangers”, so much so I started fast forwarding every time he sat down to talk with someone.
I think the script is letting the actors down.
Basic cable episodic fare (each week a different crime to solve, seasonal arcs for core characters). The draw is for fans of Justin Hartley. Compressed time to solve cases always makes them oversimplified. Good supporting cast. I give this series a 7 (same old cable entertainment) out of 10. [Crime Drama]
It has potential. A bit much exposition in the first episode but still fine.
Thought it was ok. Nothing special but nothing bad.

Tracker - :heart:x6
This is sadly a boring version of "The Finder (2012)". It is heavy on drama and averageness - it lacks all the fun and whimsy of "The Finder".
How I rate:
1-3  = seriously! don't waste your time
4-6  = you may or may not enjoy this
7-8  = I expect you will like this too
9-10  = movies and TV shows I really love!
