Never expected to love this one quite so much- the leads were perfect, I honestly couldn't have asked for better casting. The rest of the actors were great as well. So much fun and entertainment, just so cute overall. Doesn't take itself too seriously and that's where it won. Wouldn't have minded a few more episodes tbh, will sure miss this one big time~
Where do I even begin? I was highly anticipating this show. I always wanted them to make a drama together ever since I watched Goblin. I'm so ecstatic that they actually made a drama together and that it did NOT disappoint. It was just amazing. I loved it from the very beginning to the very end; it was just magnificent. I loved the side characters and the side stories as well. This drama is no doubt a must watch. The storyline was great. The actors did an outstanding job they were able to toy with my emotions and make me laugh. Please give this show a shot because it won't disappoint.
the definition of what people call a feel-good show... i didn't think i'd love it as much as i did.
It's the love story we thought we were deprived of and deserved to see after Goblin. It's the same heartwarming chemistry.
If you've seen Goblin and loved the pairing [spoiler] Grim Reaper x Sunny / Wang Yeo x Kim Sun, portrayed by [spoiler] Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na, respectively ーthen, this drama is for you. I think this is one of the sole reason one would watch this drama anyway.
A ''cold-hearted'' man falling in love with his secretary, it's is very common, especially for comantic comedies. But as people say, don't judge a book by its cover. Because although the plot seems to be very cliché, it has well-developed story, stong characters, perfect cast and OST which makes it one of the best rom-coms I've ever seen.
The plot revolves around an Attorney and an Actress who have to work together their firm [Always] for 3 months. If you look at the plot, it is indeed nothing special. Clichéd plot and typical romance, but what makes it stand out among the rest (though I have not seen that much due to my lack of interest to very 'cheesy' or 'fluffy' romance), for me, is the very chemistry of the two leads. Both Dong Wook and In Na did well, I think the characters are distinct from their previous roles and that says a lot.
Having said that, I really didn't expect much from the story and was just going to have fun by watching them falling in love all over again and after initial 2 episodes, I was glad for not expecting much from the story because it was cliched and nothing new. But after watching episode 3, I was very surprised to see their characters growth and the plot was not after all as hollow as I had expected it to be . Then as the episodes went on, I got slowly addicted to their story and characters ( Not only the main leads but also the side characters) They all shared a GREAT CHEMISTRY and I could really feel my heart warming, by watching them <3
Touch Your Heart is a law drama or at least that's what the genres say. But the plot is not focused on the law part, don't expect many intense trials or something. There is one big case that was pulled off very well and some small ones that were enjoyable to watch.
The cast was amazing, I don't really have something to tell here. I was so happy to see Yoo In Na and Lee Dong Wook together again, their chemistry was amazing! I know I might be a bit too greedy now, but I want to see them again! Lee Sang Woo also impressed me.
All that development we can already see in the first few episodes. After that, the relationship between Jung Rok and Yoon Seo slowly grows. They start being more comfortable with each other and eventually they fall in love in such an innocnet way. The awkwardness of falling in love, the heart fluttering moments, the jealousy, the hesitation are all here. And the thing I absolutely loved about Jung Rok and Yoon Seo's relationship is that they are always honest with each other. You know, the most annoying thing in some dramas is when someone decides to hide the truth or lies and then let the drama begin, blah blah. There's no such a thing in Touch Your Heart... Or at least it didn't ruin the drama.
Besides Yoon Seo and Jung Rok, there are three more couples in TYH. My favourite one of them is Yoon Hyuk and Moon Hee, they were so funny. I didn't pay attention to Se Won and Yeo Reum, but that was because YR doesn't have much screen time although she is a main character. I loved Se Won and his bromance with Jung Rok though.
CEO Yeon and Choi-Dan couple were my favorite side characters , I had a great laughter watching their scenes.
Overall, Touch Your Heart is a drama that makes you happy. It makes you forget about your stressful life and your problems. If you're just looking for a wholesome, hilarious rom-com to enjoy without much thinking needed, this is absolutely the perfect drama for you.
It is a fact that you won't lose anything from missing out from this especially if you're not into the pair, but.. you won't lose anything from giving it a try as well. It helps when you're feeling down! Enjoy your watch!
I hate not finishing a series once I start, but the way I struggled to finish this, good grief
I loved them in Goblin and thought they had great chemistry, but this show is.not.it.
It's a shame because I actually liked the story and it felt somewhat real, but Oh Yun Seo comes across as this innocent, perfect 15yr old with no substance which is wild since she does seem mature and intelligent at times. I have no clue what went wrong with Lee dong wook's character Jung rock, I've seen him pull off cold and emotionless before and with praise, but for whatever reason they did not click at all for me.
The jarring contrast between what seems like middle school crush interactions one moment and serious, life altering murder convictions the next felt completely out of place.
The writing is atrocious and leads acting felt severely subpar to the other shows I've seen them in. Oh Jung Se was fantastic as usual, and brief Jang ki yong's visuals helped but this was overall a complete waste of time for me and would not recommend.
watching this because of Sunny and Grim Reaper <3 I couldn't get enough of them, this is their next life right? :'((
I totally loved this! So cute!!

I haven't been this excited about a drama in quite a while. It was so fluffy and cute, I honestly don't even know what I'm gonna do now that it's over (probably binge watch it all again haha). I wish there were more episodes!! YIN and LDW were amazing, they couldn't have picked better actors for this drama.
