The Sheila girl reminds me of Lucy from Twin Peaks. I got an overall Back to the Future vibe in this one, in terms of story. Icy cold heart-shaped hail are a doozy. I like how it was resolved in the end though.
Another whimsical comedy that's pretty funny. Mulder & Scully visit a Kansas town that has the most volatile weather in the country. This is kind of neat because the slow-to-grow romantic relationship of M&S is brought to the surface as they have to be matchmakers themselves to stop the emotionally-controlled weather conditions being cause by a lovesick weatherman. This episode is worth watching for the character of the "Rain Man", Daryl.
