I like the opening narrated by Mulder. It explains the Voyager and its payload carrying info about Earth. Seems to be stating that aliens found out about us from it. Mulder goes to SETI-like radio telescope in Puerto Rico, urged on by Senator Matheson. This restarts the alien conspiracy. It's almost like a pilot episode.
Also cool, there is a mention of the actual WOW! signal (a true event, by the way).
