This is episode was just great. Probably the best this season, Caroline is so fun with her humanity off. I hope she stays that way for a while - also her one liners were priceless!
That whole humanity thing really does not make much sense; the characters constantly show that they're having fun, are annoyed, angry, interested, amused, or bored, which are all emotions that require you to care about things - in fact, technically the characters should simply sit around catatonically or at best just feed indiscriminately to survive because all wants beyond basic instincts are based on emotion, but I digress - hey, I'm looking forward to three decades of Ripper Stefan again. Maybe they can put him in a prison world?

This episode is the reason why I will definitely stop viewing this crappy show. Enough of this cheesy script. And they even criticize Twilight. Damn!

"The Downward Spiral". A pretty good description of the show at the moment. I don't like all this "turn off the emotions and humanity" stuff.
