Some of these are funny, others are painful to watch.
My 2 favorites were s2ep1 Joe List and s3ep3 Mark Normand.
Although Mark's stand-ups are always very offensive, it doesn't change the fact that they are still very funny and well-executed. I hope he doesn't get discouraged by all the negative reviews.

The second season was great, everyone was really funny. The one I laughed the most with was Gina Yashere, genious!
But once again everyone was really funny and they all had really different styles. Great season!
A brilliant format for Netflix; it's cheap and easy to air, and it's nice to have an easy to digest half hour of young comedians to watch. We buffer them up and watch them when we haven't got anything else on deck.
