”I say refer this patient to a therapist that specializes in Mafia depression.”

The scene in the car and macho posturing by two clearly existential and or depressed mob guys... Tony's disappointment from almost not getting a relatable answer... god I love this show. Plus I just fucking love all the ranting about Italian-American stereotypes.

"Yeah. And nothin did. So what?"

A top notch episode. I really like the scenes of the Tony family simply chatting, it's so warming.

Great episode. If there's one complaint I have, then it's that I still don't understand what they do for a living. Yes I know, they are the Mafia. But what does that mean exactly? Yes. A nightclub. Yes. Protection racket. But I still don't understand the intricacies. How far reaching is their business? How many "employees" do they have? How are they organized? How does the business actually work? What do they actually do? Does this include prostitution, drug trafficking, human trafficking? Do they specialise in certain branches? How do taxes and money laundering work? How does logistics work? How do they influence politics or bribe law enforcement? How do they use lawyers to cover their crimes?

But all we see are the family side of the business. (that's also a complaint I had about the Godfather movies). I mean that's still intriguing and makes a great episode but this isn't Mafia work. 80% of the time, it seems, their main concerns is to deal with family issues.
