The case was interesting, but the backdoor spin-off protagonist is a bit obnoxious to be honest. And let's not forget superwoman Bailey, this time in her army outfit.
Oh come on! Baily is National Guard too?? What a stupid Character for this show! I don't know about anyone else but I do Not like the Baily Character. It's silly and Ridiculous that she's at every fire and Now a National Guard issue. She can't even hold a weapon! The weapon is bigger than she is! She looks silly with the weapon or fire fighting equipment!
In a city as big as LA, how can Bailey be everywhere ?? Every fire, every car accident and now even every military base incident. Come on writers, please stop doing it!

I was thinking "what a highly annoying character" during the driving test only to find out this is a backdoor pilot of a show I now know I won't be watching. You know what, I just gonna skip this episode. (and the next one apparently)
Simone could be a cool character to watch every once in a while, like a recurring in the show, but to have her own show, it's too much... one episode and I already need a break from her.

THIS is the character they chose to base a spin-off on? WOW. Simone is the most annoying character I've seen in a while and this episode is also horribly bad.
I have no idea who greenlit the spin-off, and more importantly why, however, I do have some assumptions lol.

Came back after dropping this show when I heard that Niecy Nash will guest star, I didn't know it was for a backdoor spin-off, never been a fan of those for all right reasons.
but Niecy Nash gets me in from the second scene, i hope the next episode will get me more in love with Simone Clark FBI
