At some point during the scene with Mina and her mother in the limousine, the light from outside plays across them as the car makes a turn. I don't know why this delighted me so much, but I guess it's pretty rare to see a conversation scene like this actually shot in a moving car, on an actual road. Again, the small pleasures of a show actually being produced in the location where it's set.
