I don’t like the direction they’re taking some of these characters, most specifically Andy as well as the conflict that they’re trying to build between Jim and Pam.

Loved the cold open, though Andy's plot kinda goes nowhere, and Nellie basically gaslighting Pam into thinking Jim's having an affair isn't great.
