Wow. Angela Kinsey should have gotten an Emmy nomination for this episode. She did amazing.

hey, a decent episode! nice to see Jim and Pam’s stupid conflict coming to an end, especially giving it justice in the sense that Jim gave up his whole thing which was totally justified given that he totally sprung it on Pam without consulting her at all. I also enjoyed Dwight‘s Ascension to manager, and it’s nice to see some genuine love between him and Jim and Pam as well. Plus I like how Angela allows herself to be taken in by Oscar, given that it seemed like they were angling for Dwight to be her rescuer. It definitely shows growth in these these two characters.
The only element I didn’t like was any amount of focus on Andy as I just don’t care for his character storyline this season. and I don’t know if it was just me but it felt like we spent a lot of time with him this episode. The ending song was nice though.

Um wow Andy playing that song on his guitar was very emotional, but they kinda ruined his character imo. Angela and Dwight finally getting together?
