Trivia

+When Michael asks A.J. what his name is and A.J. responds, Michael then asks "What kind of name is A.J.? What, do you race cars?" There have been three profession NASCAR drivers named A.J. (A.J. Foyt, A.J. Fike and A.J. Allmendinger).
+Emmy award winning editor Claire Scanlon is an uncredited extra when Michael Scott gives his lecture at the Nashua office. She is sitting in the front row in front of actor Rob Huebel who plays A.J. She however did not edit this episode.
+Michael and Pam discuss potentially apologizing to fired employee Tony Gardner, last seen in #3.8:The Office: The Merger (2006). This apology apparently DID happen at some point soon after the events shown here, given Tony's appearance in Michael's movie, part of #7.16:The Office: Threat Level Midnight (2011).
When speaking to Michael on the curb outside of the Nashua, NH, Dunder Mifflin office, Pam very briefly "flashes" the camera when sitting.

Goofs
Holly's nameplate in the Nashua, NH, office is noticeably different from her Scranton, PA, one. Her old one listed her name as Hollis "Holly" Flax and had her job title affixed underneath.
