Julie can be really obnoxious but in her own way she really cares about Marissa. That last scene with the "intervention" at the Cohen's house was really heartbreaking.
Ryan and his savior shiny army complex is bound to get old soon... I get that he likes the girl, but it was really inconsiderate towards the Cohens for him to just abandon the test, because they really were trying to give him the best opportunity and he just threw it away without blinking an eye
