What station was this originally meant for ? Since the cursing is always edited out and I think nudity as well.
Vulcan hand gestures and Bechdel test name-dropping in the first five minutes? What is this show even trying to do? Who does it think it's for? There are references everywhere (Comic-Con, Hamilton tickets, etc.). This episode couldn't have tried harder to anchor itself firmly in the present day.

I really like the relationship between Quentin and Penny, it's funny and really shows how they can't stand each other but at the same time they do have that camaraderie going on.
Hopefully that book that Penny got in the Neitherlands will be helpful
Perfectly understandable why Alice is like that having parents like she does.
I like how the episode also worked to get Quentin and Alice's relationship to evolve.
