A little slow to start, but curious enough to pull you back in for more.
It was predictable were the first episode was going, but it doesn't mean it's not good, actually it was well done. These stories about domestic violence deserve to be told, and although it seems that there will be much more than "just" the initial plot around Sally wanting to fight for Alice's guard as a way of having another daughter after the one she lost ; I am anxious to find out.
This seems to be very promising.

Looks great, has an interesting cast, but why, oh why does everything have to be told like a mystery these days? So far the story is told purely in chronological order, but you just know that there will be flashbacks to fill in the backstory.
More often than not the "mystery" isn't worth the trouble. I will keep watching, but I'm wary.
