The paper doll style doesn't do much for me, and there's a lot of Aladdin homages going on here, but it's perfectly fine for a three-minute adventure giving us a glimpse of Mako and Bolin's life on the streets. Feels like we're headed for something Pulp Fiction-y with the aging pro-bender, but who knows. I did get a laugh out of the bookie saying that seeing those little kids committing crimes "gives me hope."
