[6.1/10] Another mixed bag of an episode, with some decent setups and even some outsized humor that works, but also a lot of facepalm worthy stuff.
The chief offender is all the discussion of “sleep sex” and “Cosby-ing”. Again, there’s ways you could wring humor from that sort of material, but The League and its Home Improvement-lite schtick with Kevin and Jenny is not equipped to do it.
That said, Kevin and Ruxin’s case against one another was the highlight of the episode. The two being overheard talking about fantasy football collusion and having it mistaken for courtroom collusion is a nice echo of their schtick from the show’s first season (which seems like a trend) this year. The judge (Christopher MacDonald!) being virulently against cheating in both fantasy and lawyering makes for a nice monkey wrench in their plans, and MacDonald fits really well into the dynamic of the show. The ensuing courtroom insanity, where team names are questioned and Kevin and Ruxin get personal and get ejected, was a nice set piece. And hey, while the athletes-as-actors quotient hasn’t improved on The League since the beginning, Taco and Golden Tate treating the case as their own fantasy football equivalent is an amusing conceit.
I even like Andre pretending to be part of a Korean Church just to get parking, only to have it backfire when Lane turns out to be a devout member who ropes Andre into a ton of church activities. That said, the whole thing crashes and burns when it turns out to be a setup for Andre to have to fix a leak in the ceiling and fall from a platform wearing a sex swing. Feh.
Overall, another episode that has some major issues, but also some nice pieces of humor, which improves on the show’s usual standard.

The court scene is the worst of this show. Where people don't act like real people.
