3x04 The Speech

Shame that the main punchline of this episode is Graham Linehan's (at the time) thinly veiled transphobia

The episode is so funny. Jen presented in this episode, the "Internet". As you know, the Internet weighs not much. ^^

This is by far my favorite episode of the show hands down.

the parts with the IT folks were very funny - shame the constant transphobic jokes had to ruin the episode ... this didn’t age well

The stuff around Jen's speech was hilarious, it's a shame this is mired by the transphobia.

Could be a 10/10. But.. Your know.
The B-plot is cool until the "LOL she manly" sequence.
If only they stopped at the "Reynholm don't care about her transition", could be a nice twist on the character, as in he's so obsessed with women that he doesn't care, or just doesn't care about what people used to be as long as they're hot (and Douglas would still be a mysoginistic womanizer asshole).
