Don't quite know what to think of Jay's plotthread... does the end justify the means? And let's not forget that the girl this group pointed Jay at as a member of some White Pride group in the last episode turned out to be a FBI agent. Marisa's not going anywhere right now, either.
However, I like that they toned down the over-the-top-criticism of the system (like Patinkin's backroom court last season), even if the topic returns more seriously in the instigator of Jay's group (namely, the other living room judge that was introduced last year).
Somehow, with just 2 more episodes to go, I think the firm will either simply collapse in in-fights, Diane'll suddenly wake up in the real world and realize the whole show (or at least the last 3 years of it) were a dream, or the world, i.e. the firm's building, will blow up. Can't see this show go quietly into the night.
