This episode felt like an epilogue for the previous season, or more so an apology/acknowledgement about last season's "Trump centric" theme. I mean i did love the third installment, but the shift of the focus was just not right. I know that life is unfair, and shit happens all the time, but that doesn't mean necessarily to lose our judgement. I missed the objectivity, so i was a bit glad with this opening, because it finally seems they accept that everything has an upside and downside too. I hope we get more lawyerly stuff in the future.

This was an absolutely terrific season opener; I just hope it's an indication of the rest of the season's calibre. Can't wait!

Oh, wow! This was awesome! Diane's apparently Mandela Effect episode was quite the roller-coaster! I'm not into politics, at all (which is always the part I struggle the most with on this show), but it was a lot of fun witnessing how an America without Trump wasn't also that great again (for context: I don't like Trump). The episode started rather quietly, but it sure turned into a full David Lynch experience by the end of it.

Also, this season promises some terrific cameos, judging by the snippets at the end of the episode! I can't wait to see Canning, again! Will this finally be the season where they bring Alicia back? Ah! We all know the answer to that one...

Anyway, if you think about it, this was actually quite a refreshing sci-fi episode. Superb appetiser! Oh, if only I could binge watch this whole season right now...

This sounds like they are gonna broadcast (edited versions of) the original first episodes? From what I've understood, this show was written with the assumption Hillary would win and were forced to do a lot of last-minute re-shoots, when the 'unexpected' happend. Ever since they've been obviously bashing the ridicule of Trump his time as president: season 2's episode titles are the (ridiculous amount of) number of days Trump was in office, on the day of broadcast.

That was awesome. I was tripping on reality too. That synopsis of the "crazy dream" ending with deal on Netflix was hilarious. In a laugh or you'd cry kinda way.

Yay, this show is returning in a week! I was just wondering about The Good Fight, then it popped up for me in a Youtube ad.

This series never ceases to creatively autopsy societal norms. It laughs at the dark.

The opener is a delicacy. A cute roller-coaster of what-ifs. The grass isn't always greener on the other side.
