Absolutely love this show, the script & characters are great, the pace is perfect. The story never drags on too slow, like it has in other similar crime dramas done in this format. Instead it moves along at a nice steady beat, similar to a one hour story, like you would see on prime time, where the case begins & ends in the same episode. There is just such great character development & story writing, they don't have to stretch the story to fill a whole hour, instead they just get you so involved in each episode your surprised that each episode is over already, your left wanting more. It is the kind of show you could easily spend the entire weekend binge watching nonstop. Plus Gillian Anderson & Jamie Dornan are each absolutely amazing in their own right. They make the perfect cast in an intense game of cat & mouse. I love how alike they are, while also being exact opposites. GREAT JOB! I REALLY HOPE THIS ONE STAYS AROUND FOR A GOOD LONG TIME!
I think Katie has a really twisted/scary personality! I mean, you suspect the guy is the killer and still tease him and provoke him so calmly!

I can't wait to find out why he is targeting these specific women. At first, I thought maybe his mother was a brunette and abandoned him in her 30s to pursue a career, but I am no longer sure about this since we got introduced to Rose. Maybe he had a certain fantasy (with unconscious subjects) and then he linked it to her appearance...
