Huge disappointment. A lot of the series feels like it is just a bunch of random scenes that have been shot at some random time and then got added together asif you're watching a playlist of youtube clips. They may have something to do with oneanother. They may not.
A lot of this has the same kind of feeling as the Gotham series. Which I also didnt like at all. But I guess if you do like Gotham you might like this series too.
Absolutely stunning cinematography and a great soundtrack. Otherwise only the last episode delivers what was expected.
I’ve been a fan of the John wick franchise since the first movie in 2014 the story was 10/10 and the error it is set in was also amazing the visuals 10/10 sound track 10/10 action 8.6/10 but it was very good for tv standards was gore but not as much as the movie but a must watch for a fan ending was very good with out spoilers
Why is this so dark? You can barely see anything.
I was a bit worried after not being too impressed with the first episode, but this series got better which each subsequent episode and by the time it ended I had enjoyed my time with it. As the characters and story unfolded, I got much more interested in what it had to offer. I think they also impressively made me care about some of these side characters in only a short amount of time, as during the finale I felt real tension whenever these characters were in danger. The action of course isn't on the level of the movies, but it still does offer quite a bit and I found much of it to be very entertaining, even if it was poorly lit much of the time. This felt like it was in some ways even more violent and bloody than the movies too, which was a plus. The soundtrack was also pretty great. A shaky start for sure, but it delivered in the end.

Decent show. The last was episode was AMAZING, but lame way to kill off Mel Gibson. It sucked we didn't get to see baby John Wick either.
Episode 1 - Decent start. Slow and somewhat boring but interesting. 5.5/10
Episode 2 - Plain out boring. 1/10
Episode 3 - Fantastic ending with amazing action scene. 10/10

I’m rating this one early. The sound track and visuals are outstanding. The reconstruction of dirty 70s NY is a totally immersive experience that transcends the plot and characters, although these are great as well.
