It's still beautiful and suspenseful but I don't think that the overarching plot is very clever. Every episode they catch a terrorist, maybe even the mastermind of several terrorist groups. But every time another baddie emerges. Another murder, another threat, another sub plot with new (eventually unimportant) characters, another suspect - a Hydra. To me that feels not very convincing. It feels like the writers had no idea how to keep up the suspense over the course of the season while chasing just one mastermind with a consistent plan behind all this. Why is there always another escalation? The show neglects the slow paced moments entirely. Too much is happening for no reason.
Or was that weirdo the mastermind already? Her brother doesn't seem like the type of guy who is able to recruit a bunch of terrorists that execute this cunning plan for him. And kill them subsequently. What was the plan anyway? He was manipulating stock prices under the veil of eco-protests just to sleep with his sister? That's it? That's so insane, I'm not convinced this guy could ever pull this off.
