Tiger is thus in this episode "after" his final appearance due to broadcast reordering. (Airing between the two, 2x12 had production code 031, but did not include Tiger.)
Bit of unverified trivia regarding Tiger: The original dog playing the part was killed during filming of the episode "Katchoo" (1x05, production code 004). A new dog was cast to fill the role, but when its behavior proved to be problematic Tiger's appearances were reduced to only episodes where his presence was called for in the script, until he was simply dropped without explanation after filming of episode 2x11. (Tiger's doghouse remained to conceal damage to the Astroturf in the backyard set.)
