Literally a filler episode. Showing us clips from previous episodes, except it's from Liz's perspective. Don't bother downloading, waste of time.
Nothing we didn't already know. Literally bringing back an old character, who has no reason being in it.
At this point i'm willing to pay money for them to kill off Liz.
Again... so good! It was really enlightening to see things from Liz's perspective. Liz was really turning into the villain up until this point. For me personally at least. She went to extreme lengths to get to Reddington and I understood her motives but I kept thinking 'come on, Liz! You're playing with innocent lives here!' and after this episode I truly feel like Liz is succumbing under the weight of the mess that both Red and Katarina created. The way she kept seeing Kaplan... she seems to be going of the rails and it makes it easier to understand how she would go this far to get to her goal. Add Townsend to the mix and it's a lethal cocktail.
Liz could've been 'seeing' her mom but I'm so glad they went for Kaplan. I'm still mourning her to be honest and it was a delight to see her again. Even if she's just a figment of Liz' imagination.
Worst.Episode.Ever.
After all those last Episodes where that dreadful Woman wasn’t in, that I enjoyed so much, I now got sucker punched by an Episode of just Liz Keen for 45 Minutes. Now I know how Dembe must have felt when he got tortured…
For 7 Seasons, Keen was the most unintelligent, incompetent and useless Agent I ever saw in any TV Show, and suddenly she is a criminal Mastermind with no one to match her? Really?
And I don’t even want to mention the Amount of People that got killed in those 7 Seasons because of her stupidity…Jesus Christ.
Let her go already!
The showrunners seem to think that Megan Boone delivering a speech/recap of events is on the same level as James Spader doing so. But the reality is far from that. This plot was already stupid the first time through; hearing Liz recap it as if it's the most brilliant plan ever does not improve it any - makes it worse, actually. We as the audience already knew like 70% of what was told here, so this was a waste of time. It might have been slightly better had the fact that Liz was behind all of this was somehow a revelation, and we were learning it for the first time. But they made that very clear from the beginning, so it's not like this was some big reveal. It was a pointless retread of things we've been seeing for the past 10 episodes.
"I'll stay with my friend Cindy." You mean the complete stranger that you met via a car accident, and then saw one more time when she gave you a cake? That's a friend now? You've spent less than 20 minutes total together. And you think this stranger will just let you stay at their house? In what fucking world?
It's also incredibly stupid how her plan basically hinged on having a specific song being played on the radio when Red happened to tune into it. That's literally the only reason they encountered each other. God, this shit is so dumb.
Still can't get over how she's all upset about innocents being killed when she bombed a hospital and then risked two planes full of innocents on the assumption that the collision would be prevented without any qualms.
So... just asking: is there anyone out there still on Team Liz?
Keen is the most annoying character of the series… she is just annoying and should be way less relevant to the series

Yes! Showing alternate perspectives of the same series of events is so good for a show with complicated plots that have a lot of moving pieces in them and where people's perceptions and assumptions make a huge difference.
Showing Liz's mental fractures with the Kaplan hallucinations, and pressure from Townsend, nicely explains why she's been making crazier and crazier decisions, too.
It takes a lot more planning to make episodes like this that can be revisited and still be consistent with the plot, and I like that.

Good news or bad news first? Good news- i liked the end of the episode. Bad news- take a guess.
It’s just to put Megan Boone in the extras place in all the episodes she wasn’t in. With all flashbacks of what Liz was doing during all the episodes Megan Boone wasn’t in.
I don’t like calling episodes “filler episodes” but this definitely is. After the last one ended with a pretty good cliffhanger.
Why did Anne have to die? Is that her name?
Looking at the synopsis, it seems Liz SHOULD be in this episode..........

Well this episode is a total waste of air time, for years I have had this series rated as 8/10 but this Elizabeth recap episode has forced me to drop my rating to a mere 5/10 and I am being overly generous!
Get rid of her - then maybe I might start enjoying The Blacklist once again.
