The Big Door Prize 2023

After you have watched the first two episodes stop because nothing happens after that

Interesting premise, great potential but alot of gillung. I am fast forwarding 60% of the episodes to get passed the touchy-feely-whiney dialogs and get to the core plot. I didn't like that most men are depicted as doughy spineless losers. Seen up to ep3 as we speak 5.5/10, with potential to get to 7/10 i f they cut the fat and actually advance the plot

nice premise, started fresh but it gets boring really quick, 8 episodes in and most can be fast-forward or skip them completely. Every episode has the same format. Nothing interesting. It needs a big WOW moment.

6/10 FAIR
3 episodes in and I’m enjoying it so far, a great idea and being played out very well.
For some people it might seem slow and on the subtle side, but I like this, as long as it pays of in the long run.
Not ever show has to be full of bangs and wallops, followed by loads of stunts.
For some the machine is a blessing and gives them the push to become what they should have been, for others the machine brings disappointment and heartache……

A decent dramedy with decent acting but I understand the low ratings. I stuck with it waiting for the big reveal at the end I was disappointed.

Interesting show that kept you waiting and hoping for something MORE...and it never did deliver anything beyond the first 3 or 4 episodes. Watched all episodes, but won't be back for a season 2.

6.5/10

This show has a lot of wasted potential…

having your entire life potential focused around an occupation is silly

Really enjoy the cast top to bottom and promising first episode but over half of the season over and it's just...meandering? The episodes quickly started to feel like aimless discursions
Could live with the going-nowhere-slowly plot but that the character explorations are very shallow and surface deep

[tv+] There is an interesting approach to what we are and what we aspire to, lost dreams and lives stuck in a job that doesn't define us. And how the revelation of a supposed real vocation made by the Morpho card ends up transforming the way people look at themselves and at others. But it is infected with the weaknesses of a good part of the Apple comedies, a kind of positivist tone but with a script that gets entangled in the stories of each character without finding its objective. The series would need a Morpho card to know what it really wants to be.
