I seriously hope that boring trite dinner scene has some profound importance that couldn't be summarized as "my parents suck, they control my life, and are forcing me to move and get married".
Either convince your parents or leave them and deal with the consequences. Don't put up with their bullshit. They have their reasons, but if you let them push you around, you will just be miserable. Have a heart-to-heart and let's get back to some interesting plot.

I've previously spoken about how the Excalibur arc added nothing to SAO but confusion and a pretty sword. Mother's Rosario doesn't seem to add anything either, until you realize what it changes. Kirito's no longer the main character of the story. His story isn't over, but Asuna is now the main character here, and this episode cements that in place. We're getting into Asuna's real life, and Asuna's challenge isn't like any of Kirito's challenges. I can't say more without spoiling future episodes, but as you watch this episode, you should focus on Asuna's real life problems, and how they seem so overwhelming to her. Think about what Lisbeth (or was it Silica?) said in the previous episode, about "rich girl problems." Asuna's got it tough, but... anyway, keep watching. It gets a LOT better.
