I was convinced that restaurant scene was just a dream lmao
Gotta say, the whole restaurant scene was preeeetty weird. What brought it back was Dandalf (you know I don't like sports)
Samantha's past, that journey, reconciliation
So Denise Crosby's character just didn't notice the shenanigans going on this week?
That Louis pretending to be Harvey storyline is stupid af
This show has always been funny, but this season somehow just focusses more on making the characters seem ridiculous. In a negative way. It's like it's dragging them through the mud. Katrina, now Louis (again)... I'm not convinced.
The scene with Louis in the restaurant drags on way too long. It's not convincing whatsoever, but it's not telling us it's a fantasy either before cutting to an entirely different scene. Also, not impressed here. Did they change the writers for this season?
Not the best written Suits episode and how many times is Louis gonna learn a similar lesson in this series, at least we got a very heartwarming scene with Harvey towards the end.
What am I watching? A show about badass lawyers, instead I get a plot I would expect to see in a teenage drama show. Louis is a complete joke of a man (not in a good way). It’s been two or three seasons they have completely dropped the ball on the legal aspect of the show. It’s just drama upon internal drama each episode.
I took a break for two years after mike left, and thought I should see this show through to the end. I hoped they would recover, but alas, it kept getting worse and worse. Every remaining character is a joke version of who they used to be in early seasons.
The only redeemable character is Katrina. They have overplayed the quirkiness of Louis and his need for emotional attention from everyone in his life; they have overplayed Donna’s secretarial prowess and resourcefulness and turned it into an eye-rolling, unbelievable and insufferable narcissistic character; don’t get me started on Gretchen who acts like she owns the place. Harvey has also changed for the worse, given that without Mike, he has lost that dynamic of the cool, cocky, winner lawyer. He just doesn’t have that dynamic with any other characters, no matter how much the writers try to make it so.
Awful, awful, awful!
Here we go again, not one of the best written episodes. Lots of effingheimers beeped out, yadda, yadda, yadda...
