Good script(s), with enough story to fill the two hours.
Alex Rocco is typically strong as a plague-carrying hitman who bonds with his landlady’s young son (Patrick Labyorteaux). Ultimately, he risks his life/freedom to save the kid, and it works without getting mawkish or sentimental.
With Hutch dying, Paul Michael Glaser dials up the intensity. And it’s great.
My 53rd TV episode of 2024. Averaging 1h45m of TV per day.
