Better than live-action tv series and movies, David Filoni give us a soulful conclusion of a great adventure, that we hope continues with Omega fighting side by side with the Rebellion.
This is one of the best animated tv series of the year, because beyond the action and the passion for Star Wars, this is another love letter from Filoni with a lot of important thoughts and reflections about growing up, getting older, setting free and release the weight of the life.
Best season by far! Way more story focused than the first two. Had a great time with clone force 99.
Definitely the strongest, most plot-focussed season. Yet still wasted a lot of potential. Finale was very anti-climatic and not very satisfying, unlike the finales for The Clone Wars and Rebels.

The shift away from missions of the week- for the most part- means less lows, but the highs of Crosshair on his own forced to slowly reckon with the Empire’s cruelty are also gone, leaving a visually lush show with fun setpieces but little in the way of character and a constant sense it’s more worried about setting up the sequel trilogy instead.
